OUR SILENCERS
Our silencers are designed to reduce the noise caused by the turbulence of high-pressure gases and steam discharging directly to atmosphere.
They are manufactured with a robust outer steel shell and incorporate a reactive diffusion section and a dissipative section. This combination progressively reduces the fluid velocity and the acoustic energy.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
Reactive section
Multi-stage diffusers distribute the flow into numerous micro-jets, progressively reducing its velocity, pressure and acoustic energy.
Dissipative section
Once the velocity has been reduced, the fluid passes through internal elements designed to absorb and attenuate the noise before discharge.
